Excellent presentation! Emerg physician here: 2 points: wrt to anaphylaxis IV benadryl is still recommended as an adjuct. (Immediate IM epinephrine being the priority)
Second point: one advantage of Bilastine (Blexten) is that a second dose can be give later in the day as required. It is off lable, but the Allergists do this all the time. Proven to be safe.
