I found the questions to be a bit too much on the academic side.

I got the question wrong due to wording of the question/answer. I am going to continue asking about dysuria, as I assess for UTI. I do treat UTI if there is no dysuria, but depends on clinical assessment.

There is an error on one of the last pages (maybe 3rd last page)? It states the answer is CXR, NTproBNP and echo, but the answer should have been start furosemide and consider stopping amlodipine.

Great case, very true to life!

I found the multiple choice questions where the “all of the above” option was not the last option listed, confusing and took away from the clinical aspects of this module. Also, the links to the FODMAP diet did not work. Finally, the podcast talks about show notes but do not see them in any of these.

It’s probably a matter of preference and taste, but a Yes/No or True/False questions with the info right there with the question (similar the the self-learning publication) would help.

CFPC learn website is painfully slow to load these modules.

Outdated module. Mirena for contraception can be up to 8 years now, not 5. HPV testing now in many provinces, with testing q5 yrs if neg and not immunocompromised etc

The website is slow to navigate. It takes around 15 seconds or more to open the website and to navigate between modules

I am curious as to how they reached the conclusion to use tamsulosin for Mr.Percolate. Though he had bothersome LUTs, there was no comment on the prostate size on DRE. Is this suggesting that medications such as tamsulosin and/or tadalafil can be used empirically in men with LUTs if they have bothersome prostate symptoms score? I would really appreciate your response.

The question about first line treatment is not correcbt.Based on current evidence ketoconazole would be the first line only. If question was about all treatments that can be used then the stated answer would have been accurate.
