I felt this was just a long conversation about some history and challenges in digital care, some definitions provided, yet nothing that really provides a roadmap or a sense of how to navigate digital health. Again, that’s the title, but I did not leave the podcast feeling more informed or armed to improve my practice. Context: early adopter, EMR 2007, using AI scribe, and still seeing 30% less patients than 20nyears ago, going home later with sore eyes and neck. Ie. Not afraid of tech. Only frustrated by it in clinical practice
Interesting presentation and my teaching colleagues certainly have my admiration

I think the information was biased. I have had opportunity to work for a provider of virtual medicine done so through a commercial entity. They provide access and excellent care to patients who would not otherwise have access. Agreed it is not ideal, would be better to have a primary care provider….but they don’t. Access is inportant period. Presenter downplays the fact people don’t have access.
Thank you
Would be curious about a follow-up on this topic, perhaps updating on how things have changed/improved over time
