Some potential errors that I noticed: For patient ANA FLAX, the penicillin prescribing risk did not seem right. Why was the vague skin rash of childhood marked as highest risk? For patient AIRA SALTER, an inappropriate ddx question popped up before the question for managing her bronchiolitis.
